Dakota Surrogacy Services & Programs

Dakota Surrogacy offers three different program options and levels of services to help Intended Parents grow their families.

FULL AGENCY SUPPORT PROGRAM

Our comprehensive services include everything you’ll need for a successful surrogacy journey, including:


Recruitment, pre-screening, and initial medical review of your surrogate Financial and criminal background checks of the surrogate and her partner Financial and criminal background checks of the intended parent(s) Psychological screenings for all parties Review of surrogates insurance policy for determination of coverage Obtain maternity coverage insurance policy options if needed Obtain newborn coverage insurance policy options if needed (generally only for international intended parents) Coordinate medical screenings and testing with intended parents’ fertility clinic Assist in locating attorneys for intended parents and surrogate Assist in the preparation of the gestational carrier agreement Engage escrow agent for the management of escrow account Coordinate with the escrow agent to ensure proper disbursements in accordance with the surrogacy contract Assist in locating and coordinating with local monitoring clinic for the surrogate Coordinate logistics of preparing for embryo transfer, including travel arrangements Coordinate with attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained for a pre-birth order Assist in obtaining additional support services, if needed, for the surrogate and intended parents Coordinate with the hospital in advance of your baby’s birth For international intended parents, assist in locating and coordinating with a local attorney to advise on immigration and parentage issues after you bring your baby home
The agency fee is broken down into 3 payments: First payment due when you sign your agency agreement. Second payment due when the legal phase commences. Third payment due when your gestational carrier has her embryo transfer.

Everything listed above is included in our Agency Fee – e.g., you will not receive additional statements from Dakota Surrogacy for costs incurred for background checks, medical record review, psychological evaluation, etc.

CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Our Case Management Service is for Intended Parents who recruit their own gestational carrier. Once you present your chosen surrogate to Dakota Surrogacy and she signs our Agency Agreement, the Case Management Service includes everything our Full Agency Support program provides.


The agency fee is broken down into 3 payments: First payment due when you sign your agency agreement. Second payment due when the legal phase commences. Third payment due when your gestational carrier has her embryo transfer.
